Where Can Singapore Students Send Cambridge International Results to Universities?

Start with the receiving university’s admissions instructions, then use the matching Cambridge International results service. For US colleges and universities, Cambridge provides a Grade Transcript Service. Other institutions may use priority results, school-submitted records, direct verification or a certifying statement.

Check what the university means by “official”. A scan uploaded by the applicant may be acceptable for an initial review but may not satisfy final verification. Confirm whether the university wants results from the school, Cambridge International, an electronic transcript service or an official document sent to a named address.

Did you know pending and completed exam series may use different routes? Cambridge’s US transcript guidance allows students to add exam series and, in the stated circumstances, an upcoming series. Its priority-results service can send results directly to a particular institution on release day. Follow the current service that matches the destination and timing.

What to check before requesting delivery

Ask the university which record it accepts

Read the application portal and course instructions for Cambridge IGCSE, O Level, AS Level, A Level, AICE or Pre-U results. Record the institution’s exact recipient details, applicant or student ID, deadline and whether predicted, provisional or final results are required. Recognition of a qualification does not guarantee admission or remove course prerequisites.

Choose the country-specific service

The Cambridge USA Grade Transcript Service is designed for sending eligible Cambridge results to US institutions. Do not assume that the same portal serves every country. For a university elsewhere, use Cambridge’s global results-service guidance and the receiving institution’s instructions to identify the right school, priority-results or certifying-statement route.

Match every exam series and identity detail

Check the candidate name, centre and candidate numbers, syllabus or qualification details, exam series and recipient information before submission. If the service allows multiple series, add the complete set the university asked for. Inconsistent names or omitted series can make matching slower even when the results themselves are valid.

Separate transcripts from replacement proof

A certifying statement is an official copy of results and can be sent to a specified address under Cambridge’s application process. It is useful when official proof is required, including some cases involving a lost certificate, but it is not automatically the same as a university’s preferred electronic transcript or priority-results route. Confirm before paying.

Your next action

Ask the university one precise question: “Which official Cambridge International results route should I use for my qualification and exam series?” Note the recipient details and deadline, then open the corresponding Cambridge service. Review every series and identifier before submitting, and retain the confirmation for follow-up with admissions.
