Tell us the student’s level, subject and current learning need. We will reply with the current class availability and the information needed to decide whether the class is a sensible fit.

Our small-group tutorials are planned around the learner who actually arrives, not an idealised average student. A useful first enquiry therefore gives us enough context to understand where the student is now and what the family is trying to improve.

• Student level: for example P4, P6, Secondary 2 or Secondary 4.
• Subject: English, Mathematics, Science, E-Mathematics or A-Mathematics as applicable.
• Current evidence: a recent mark, recurring error, difficult topic or the part of schoolwork that is becoming unreliable.
• Goal: foundation repair, stronger understanding, transition support, PSLE preparation, Secondary examination preparation or another specific need.
• Practical fit: preferred day or timing so we can compare it with current availability.

New sign-ups are by appointment. Before classes begin, we normally arrange a short conversation outside teaching hours to clarify the learner’s starting point, class expectations and practical arrangements. We do not need a polished story—real schoolwork and a clear description of the difficulty are more useful.

What happens after you contact us?

1. We check the requested level, subject and current class availability.
2. We clarify anything that materially affects whether the class is a good fit.
3. Where useful, we ask for a recent piece of school evidence such as a marked paper or recurring problem—not for proprietary testing.
4. We explain the practical next step, including appointment and class arrangements.

A contact page should reduce uncertainty, not create pressure. If the available class is not a sensible fit for the student’s level or need, the responsible answer is to say so.
