This page is the top-level route into eduKateSingapore’s tuition programmes and locality directories. Use the programme directory when the learner’s school stage or subject is already clear. Use a regional directory when a town, neighbourhood or school community is the more natural starting point. Each route returns to the eduKateSingapore Hub so readers can move between tuition information and the wider free learning library.
The network separates current verified owner pages from older locality and tuition-era articles. A legacy article may now function as an educational guide even when its URL still contains “tuition” or “tutor”. A place name therefore does not prove that eduKate currently operates a physical centre there. Current programme, timetable and availability questions should move through the verified gateways or contact page.

What this network covers
The refreshed published estate contains 5,191 unique tuition, tutor, tutorial and tuition-centre routes. The programme directory preserves all of them by subject and learner stage. Five regional directories provide a second way into the 4,580 records that map cleanly to one Singapore region. Another 237 multi-region and 374 general or non-local routes stay in the programme index rather than receiving a misleading place assignment.
The regional assignment uses explicit Singapore planning-area and neighbourhood signals found in each current title or slug. A route enters a regional page only when all recognised place signals resolve to one region. This conservative rule keeps cross-region pages in the national index and prevents a school name or historical search phrase from becoming a false statement about an operating centre.
