WORLD KNOWLEDGE · SYSTEM OWNER DIRECTORY
World Systems Directory
This directory connects eduKateSingapore’s canonical public system-level explanations. Use it when a question crosses an individual place or school subject: how authority becomes delivery, how money and transport move, how risk accumulates, how evidence becomes knowledge, how legitimate competition works, and how a system returns consequences to people and the world.
The directory routes between owners. It does not take ownership away from countries, cities, Science World, the Singapore Learning Library, specialist research pages or tuition routes.
Choose the transferable mechanism first. Then use a country, city, scientific field or human case as evidence—not as a substitute for the system.
Start with the world-knowledge owner
- World Knowledge Research Library — institutions, authority, evidence, live state, representation and human systems.
- Research Collections Directory — public research collections across world knowledge, education, science and continuity.
- World Knowledge and Authority Crosswalk — source, identity, evidence and authority routing.
Institutions, authority and public delivery
- How Government Works in the World — authority, decisions, delivery, accountability and public outcomes.
- World Institutions and Authority — identifying which institution owns which kind of question.
- How Corruption Works in the World — entrusted power, hidden benefit, detection and repair.
- How Espionage Works in the World — uncertainty, information advantage, oversight and world return.
Flows, networks and infrastructure
- How Financial Systems Work — money, credit, payments, markets, risk and stability.
- How Transport Systems Work — movement from origin to safe, useful arrival.
- How Cities Work — urban systems, constraints, connections and public outcomes.
- How Countries Work — the canonical 195-country map and country-level synthesis.
Environment, climate and planetary conditions
- How Climate Works — energy balance, circulation, feedbacks, variability and change.
- How Ecology Works — organisms, populations, food webs, ecosystems, disturbance and recovery.
- Earth, Water, Atmosphere and the Celestial World — planetary physical systems beneath environmental and living-world questions.
Human systems, education, health, sport and conflict
- How Education Works — learning, schooling, teaching, institutions and return to independent life.
- How Medicine Works — an educational systems route from human state and evidence to care and world return.
- How Sport Works as a System — participation, rules, legitimate competition, integrity and human outcomes.
- How Conflict Works in the World — incompatibility, escalation, settlement and consequences.
- Human and Society — person, population, situation, action and return.
Evidence, measurement and knowledge production
- How Scientific Research Works — questions, evidence, correction, replication and knowledge.
- How Laboratory Practices Work — risk, measurement, reproducibility and trustworthy evidence.
- How Scientific Measurement Works — measurands, traceability, uncertainty and comparable evidence.
- World Library Atlas — finding the right source for the question.
Ownership boundaries
- A system page owns a transferable mechanism; a country page owns country-level synthesis; a city page owns urban synthesis.
- Science World owns scientific mechanisms. This directory supplies cross-system handoffs rather than copying the scientific estate.
- School-learning pages remain in the Singapore Learning Library even when they use a wider-world example.
- Tuition and locality pages remain in the Tuition network.
- Medicine, Biology and Veterinary World retain distinct owners and safety boundaries.
- Private research architecture and AI ingestion records do not enter this public directory.
Subordinate controllers and exceptions
- Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth and Evolution controllers remain Science World routes rather than duplicate top-level system owners.
- Primary, Secondary and JC Science controllers remain inside the school-Science architecture.
- Capital-city, split-capital and other place-system articles remain with Countries or Cities when place is the dominant owner.
- Useful external eduKate system controllers may be linked contextually, but this directory inventories eduKateSingapore’s own public canonical owners.
- Duplicate-title or ambiguous-intent pages remain outside the owner list until resolved by content ID, canonical URL and dominant job.
System record and currentness rules
- Every system route should identify its dominant job, inputs, mechanisms, outputs, failure modes, repair routes and world return.
- Relationships should distinguish observed evidence, sourced claims, proposed connections and bounded inference.
- Law, policy, office-holders, prices, schedules, health guidance and live conditions require current authoritative verification.
- Each article should stop at its evidence boundary and hand the reader to the responsible authority when a real decision is required.
Directory scope and maintenance
This owner directory contains 23 verified public canonical routes. Each route was checked as a published WordPress object and every owner reaches at least one approved return path: the World Knowledge Research Library, Research Collections Directory or the eduKateSingapore Hub. New owners are admitted only after publication, collision review, boundary review and return-path validation.

Participation, sport and legitimate competition
How Sport Works as a System — participation, access, training, eligibility, rules, competition, officiating, measurement, integrity, safeguarding, medicine, finance, transport, media, protest, appeal and sustainable human outcomes.
Sport is admitted as a peer world-system owner because it cannot be reduced to government, medicine, finance or transport even though it depends on all four. The sports article owns legitimate competition and its complete return loop; specialist pages continue to own their particular mechanisms.
Promotion receipt · PASS · 3 September 2026
Promotion state: the World Systems owner graph has passed its publication gate. The reader-facing directory now names all 23 verified canonical routes, including Sport, and preserves the boundary between transferable systems, place owners, scientific owners, school learning and tuition.

Canonical boundary decisions
- Sport remains a peer system owner because legitimate competition cannot be reduced to Government, Medicine, Finance or Transport.
- Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth and Evolution remain scientific owners within Science World.
- Primary, Secondary and JC Science remain school-Science routes.
- Countries and Cities retain place-level synthesis; the World Systems Directory links to them without taking their inventories.
- Capital and split-capital system articles remain place-family records unless their dominant job is a transferable system mechanism.
- External eduKate system controllers may be referenced contextually but are not counted inside this eduKateSingapore inventory.
Publication receipt: this directory may now publish beneath the World Knowledge Research Library. No menu, theme, template, category, tag, existing title, existing slug or established article parent requires alteration.
Maintenance rule: future owners enter only after publication, canonical-ID validation, collision review, boundary review and a working return path.
