Where Can I Find ITE Transcript and Certificate Information? | Results, Records and OpenCerts

Find ITE transcript and certificate instructions on ITE’s official assessment pages. Use the module-results page for current result access, the digital-certificates page for eligible graduate records, or the record-application page when a digital document is unavailable.

Check the exact record you need before applying. ITE distinguishes a Statement of Results for a particular examination series, an Academic Transcript covering module results in a programme, and a Certified Statement that certifies an award when the original certificate cannot be re-issued.

Did you know eligible ITE graduates can retrieve digital certificates and transcripts through MySkillsFuture’s Careers & Skills Passport? Availability depends on the qualification and examination series shown on ITE’s current page, so do not assume every historic award has a digital copy.

Name the record before choosing the route

A results view answers “what grades were released?” A Statement of Results, Academic Transcript and certificate answer different documentary questions. Start with the university, employer or agency receiving the record: copy its wording, then match that wording to ITE’s definitions.

ITE’s current instructions say graduates who were issued digital records can retrieve them through Careers & Skills Passport. If no digital certificate or transcript was issued, ITE provides an application route for the relevant statement or transcript. This is safer than treating a portal screenshot as an official record.

Preserve the original digital file

ITE digital credentials use OpenCerts. ITE says an OpenCerts filename may be changed, but the .opencert extension must remain. Keep the original file rather than relying only on a PDF printout or image, because the original file carries the verification pathway.

If a receiving organisation asks for an official transcript sent in a particular way, follow its delivery instruction as well as ITE’s process. Having the correct document does not by itself complete an application; the recipient may still require a deadline, reference number, certified translation or direct delivery.

Your next step

Write down the exact record named by the recipient. Check ITE’s digital-availability page for your qualification and cohort. Retrieve the original digital file if eligible; otherwise use ITE’s official application route for the correct statement or transcript and keep the confirmation.

A Science fact is remembered, but the explanation is incomplete.

Connect the evidence to a scientific idea and the resulting change. Follow the Primary Science learning route.

Try it without the guide: Choose a familiar Primary Science example. Explain the evidence, the idea and the result without notes. Then change one condition and explain your prediction.

Try it without the guide: Take one claim. Find the source best placed to support it, note its date, and state what remains uncertain. Return to your original question.
