Where Can I Find Polytechnic Student Card Information in Singapore?

Start with your polytechnic’s enrolment guide or student-services page. It should explain when the institution’s student identification card is issued, how your photograph is submitted, where the card is collected or displayed and what to do if it is lost, damaged or not working.

Public examples include Nanyang Polytechnic’s Student Card handbook page, Republic Polytechnic’s Diploma Student Concession and RP e-Student Card page and Temasek Polytechnic’s new-semester student guide.

Check immediately which card you mean. A polytechnic matriculation or e-student card identifies you to the institution; a Diploma Student Concession Card is for public-transport concessions; an ICA Student’s Pass is an immigration document. They have different issuers, purposes and replacement routes.

What should I check before applying or replacing a card?

Did you know that one photograph may feed more than one onboarding process? Follow the institution’s current image specifications and submit it by the stated deadline. A late or rejected photo can delay the campus ID and, where the processes are linked, the concession-card application.

For a campus card, check whether it is physical, digital or both, and which app or account displays it. Learn where it is needed—for example, identification, examinations, facility access or borrowing—and report a lost card promptly so the institution can deactivate access where supported.

For public transport, use SimplyGo’s current Diploma Student Concession Card page and your polytechnic’s instructions. Eligibility comes from the institution’s student record, while application, travel value, concession products and lost-card replacement follow the transport-card route. Do not use a campus-card replacement form for a concession card, or vice versa.

What is the practical next step?

  1. Name the card you need: campus ID, transport concession card or Student’s Pass.
  2. Open the issuer’s current page and check your eligibility or enrolment status.
  3. Submit the required photograph and particulars through the official channel.
  4. Save the collection, activation or app instructions.
  5. If the card is lost, deactivate or report it first, then use the issuer’s replacement route.

Use eduKate’s polytechnic enrolment guide for the wider new-student process. International students should use the separate Student’s Pass guide for immigration documents, not treat the campus card as proof of immigration status.

A Science fact is remembered, but the explanation is incomplete.

Connect the evidence to a scientific idea and the resulting change. Follow the Primary Science learning route.
