Three students in school uniforms work through open books at a classroom table, with textbooks and stationery nearby and study notes on the whiteboard behind them.

Where Can I Find Official School Uniform Supplier Information in Singapore? | School Websites, Sizes and Orders

Start on your school’s official website and look for “School Uniform”, “School Services” or its new-student information pack. If you need the school website first, use MOE SchoolFinder. Follow the supplier named by the school; a general uniform shop search does not establish which seller supplies your child’s school.

Check the student’s school, year level and required item before ordering. Everyday uniform, PE attire and a cohort T-shirt may have different instructions. Confirm the current size chart, buying channel and collection arrangements with the listed supplier, especially when a child is starting Primary 1 or transferring schools.

Did you know a uniform page can include much more than a shop name? Yio Chu Kang Secondary’s official page provides sizing resources and explains its level T-shirts. Punggol View Primary’s supplier page illustrates a primary-school route. These are examples to help you locate the equivalent information for your own school.

Match the garment to the student

Begin with the school’s instructions, then make a short shopping list. Write the garment name beside its purpose: ordinary school day, PE lesson or a specified event. This prevents a familiar-looking top from being treated as a substitute for a different required item.

Read measurements rather than relying only on an age label or a size bought at another school. If an existing garment fits, use it as a comparison while following the supplier’s measurement method. Ask about trying sizes and exchanges before ordering; availability and exchange terms need confirmation from that seller.

Where a page lists several clothing types, check which apply to the child’s level. Do not buy every illustrated item simply because it appears on the website. A clear question is, “Which of these items does a new student in this year need for the first week?”

Check the order before making a trip

Separate the supplier’s retail outlet from school-based sales and online collection. A school notice may describe a particular sale day, while a shop page describes a different venue. Confirm where your order will be handed over and whether you need a booking or order reference.

Look for the year and revision date on notices. Holiday arrangements may differ from term arrangements, and an old orientation screenshot may no longer describe the current buying route. If two pages disagree, ask the school which supplier notice applies, then ask that supplier about stock and collection.

Keep the order confirmation and the school’s attire instructions together. If something is unavailable, contact the school about the temporary arrangement it permits; a seller’s suggested alternative does not establish school approval. This small check can make the first morning much calmer.

Your next step

Open your own school’s uniform page, identify one required outfit and check its sizing guide. Resolve any uncertainty about the item or collection venue before paying. A short, school-specific list is more useful than a basket assembled from several unrelated websites.
