Vocabulary for Primary 6

Quick Read: Turn a Word List into a Vocabulary System

This Primary 6 resource uses a historical eduKate word bank to teach a broader skill: words are easier to retrieve and use when learners understand how they relate to one another. Rather than memorising 35 isolated items, group them by meaning, grammar and narrative function.

This is not an official PSLE prescribed word list. Current PSLE English requires pupils to understand texts and use vocabulary appropriately in context, so the practical target is usable word knowledge rather than list completion.
