Wintour House turns an approved Library need, acquisition decision or editorial commission into a coherent, sourced, beautiful and maintainable eduKate publication. It brings together eduKate2, Phase 4++++, CivDJ, the 21st-century Authors Room, evidence control, editioning, production, distribution, correction and re-edition.
A manuscript is not published because it exists. It is published because it deserves the reader’s attention, survives evidence and editorial scrutiny, and can return something useful to the world.

The three-level editorial constitution
The House uses three named editorial archetypes to make its governing standards memorable. They are conceptual roles, not claims of participation, affiliation, endorsement or employment.
